Episode 218 | Continuous Improvement

Apr 30, 2024 | Spiritual Emotional and Personal Growth

Albert Einstein said, “When you stop learning, you stop growing.” When you cease to learn, you cease to grow. And when you cease to grow, you cease to improve, and just sort of begin to – exist. Deep down, I believe everyone wants to become the best person they can be, but in order for this to happen, you have to constantly and continually work at getting better. Becoming a better you is about always improving who you are as a person. It takes continually striving to reach your full potential, and a lasting commitment to constantly grow and mature. In this episode Alex shares a chapter right out of his book, Man UP. Chapter 16 is all about continuous improvement.
