On Saturday morning, October 7th, Israeli citizens woke up to the sound of rockets being fired upon them by Hamas, a Palestinian militant group. By the end of the day hundreds of Israeli citizens were murdered in their homes and on the streets. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared that Israel is at war. It’s important for the United States to remain friends with Israel because in Genesis 12, God says that He will bless all those who bless Israel.
