Episode 269 | Learned Helplessness

Apr 22, 2025 | Spiritual Emotional and Personal Growth

Life is tough, it’s hard, it’s unfair – that’s the truth. So what!! Win anyway. Don’t fall for the lie that since life is unfair, there’s no need to even try to succeed. There is some truth to the fact that life isn’t fair and that some people are born with an advantage. However, you can succeed if you are willing to work hard, get educated, make sacrifices, and make good decisions. Reject the notion of learned helplessness. Learned helplessness is a psychological state where someone feels powerless to change their situation after repeated exposure to uncontrollable events, leading to a lack of motivation and an inability to take action even when change is possible. Nah Bruh!
