After attending a LEAD (Lead, Encourage, Advocate & Demonstrate) meeting in our local community, Alex and Angela discuss DEI.  DEI stands for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and these three words are getting lumped together into one concept. Listen in as Alex and Angela break down the meaning and importance of each of these words and give some advice as to what the Christ-like response should be to the ideology of the three concepts becoming one.
